The Challenge

Dhillon's venues could not be more different: a 8,000 sq ft food hall, a modern British pub and dining room, a brewery taproom, a bar inside a historic spire, and two football club sports bars, one in Coventry and one 150 miles away in Swansea. They had grown up at different times with different setups, and were under contract with another provider. Operations wanted one partner and one support number for every venue, marketing wanted guest WiFi data from every site in one place, and finance wanted each venue invoiced to its own limited company.

Our Solution

We started with Elle's Coventry, which opened in January 2026, and The Almanack in March 2026. After proving the service there, we proposed a group-wide agreement bringing the Dhillon's Brewery taproom, Spire Bar, Sky Blue Tavern and The Swansea Jack onto the same platform on a single three-year group agreement. Each venue is invoiced to its own company. Where venues already had good lines we manage WiFi over those lines instead of replacing them. Resilience is designed per building: Starlink failover at the brewery, which already had a dish, and at The Swansea Jack, where mobile signal was too weak; EE mobile failover on the Sky Blue Tavern's line; and a new business line at The Almanack. Every venue shares the same branded guest WiFi portal, feeding the group's Fresh CRM with a location ID per venue.

The Result

Six very different venues now run on one managed platform with one support contact, 24/7/365. Guest WiFi at every venue feeds a single CRM, so the marketing team can run birthday campaigns, match-day specials and event promotions using opt-in data from across the group, broken down by venue. Operations no longer deals with multiple suppliers, finance receives per-venue invoices and direct debits, and any new venues the group acquires can be added to the same agreement.

Dhillon's Brewery Group: frequently asked questions

How do you manage WiFi across a multi-site hospitality group?

One managed platform, one support contact and the same guest WiFi experience at every venue. Dhillon's six venues are monitored 24/7/365, and each venue is still invoiced to its own limited company.

Can guest WiFi data from several venues go into one CRM?

Yes. Every Dhillon's venue uses the same branded guest WiFi portal, and contacts sync to the group's Fresh CRM tagged with a location ID, so marketing can target by venue or across the group.

Does every venue need the same backup internet?

No. Failover is designed per building: Starlink where mobile signal is poor, such as The Swansea Jack, or where a dish was already on site, and EE mobile backup where signal is good, such as the Sky Blue Tavern.

Can a hospitality group put all its venues on one WiFi agreement?

Yes. Dhillon's moved its remaining venues onto a single three-year group agreement, with each venue still invoiced to its own company and new venues added as the group grows.

Which venues are in the Dhillon's Brewery group?

Elle's Coventry, The Almanack in Kenilworth, the Dhillon's Brewery taproom in Longford, Dhillon's Spire Bar, the Sky Blue Tavern in Coventry and The Swansea Jack in Swansea.
