Capilion Hotels operates multiple properties across Central London where guest WiFi is not a nice-to-have — it is a basic expectation that directly affects reviews and bookings. The group needed a consistent, managed WiFi solution across their portfolio that could handle high guest turnover, provide reliable coverage in every room, and be fully managed so hotel staff can focus on hospitality, not IT.

Our Solution

We deployed managed WiFi across the Capilion portfolio with Fortinet firewalls, full switching infrastructure, and enterprise access points in every guest area. Each property connects via high-speed Vorboss 1Gbit/s fibre, with the entire network centrally managed and monitored 24/7 by our NOC. Kit is financed to keep CapEx off the balance sheet.

The Result

Guests across all Capilion properties now get fast, seamless WiFi from check-in. The hotel group has a single point of contact for all network issues across their portfolio, and the financed kit model means they got enterprise-grade infrastructure without a large upfront investment.
