5G Business Broadband for EuroEyes' Laser Eye Surgery Clinic at Westfield London
EuroEyes is a vision correction specialist offering laser eye surgery and lens treatments, with UK clinics in Knightsbridge and at Westfield London, White City. The Westfield clinic opened under the Betterview brand before becoming EuroEyes UK.
The Challenge
Opening a clinic inside one of Europe's largest shopping centres meant the team needed business internet from day one: for bookings, payments and staff devices. Getting a new fixed line into a unit inside a large shopping centre can involve landlord approvals and long lead times. The clinic could not wait months, and it needed a dependable business connection with a static public IP, not a consumer mobile hotspot.
Our Solution
We delivered a managed 5G business broadband service at the Westfield London unit on Ariel Way: an EE 5G connection with a 500GB monthly data allowance, a static public IP address and a managed business-grade 5G router, provided as a fully supported service. Because it is a 5G service, it needed no new cabling into the shopping centre and no wait for a fixed line. It is monitored and supported by our team, with the SIM, data plan and router managed centrally on the clinic's behalf.
The Result
The clinic has run on the managed 5G service continuously since August 2024, through its rebrand from Betterview to EuroEyes UK. The team got business-grade connectivity with a static IP without waiting for a fixed line in a shopping centre, and has one monthly service and one support contact for its internet.

EuroEyes UK (formerly Betterview): frequently asked questions
Can 5G be used as business broadband for a shop or clinic?
Yes. EuroEyes' clinic at Westfield London has run on a managed EE 5G business broadband service with a static public IP since August 2024.
Why use 5G instead of a fixed line in a shopping centre?
A 5G service needs no new cabling into the centre and no wait for a fixed-line install, so a unit can open with business internet from day one.
Does 5G business broadband come with a static IP?
It can. The EuroEyes service includes a static public IP address alongside a 500GB monthly data allowance and a managed 5G router.
