The Challenge
Operating premium workspaces in London's most demanding locations requires infrastructure that matches the expectations of high-end tenants - investment banks, law firms, and tech companies who expect enterprise-grade connectivity as standard. Each building presented unique challenges: historic properties with limited infrastructure options, the need for carrier-grade redundancy, and the complexity of delivering consistent service across multiple floors and buildings while enabling seamless roaming for members.
Our Solution
We've deployed comprehensive managed workspace solutions across all Hubflow locations. The flagship 37 Lombard Street features a FortiGate 100F firewall with dual 1Gbit/s circuits and BGP failover for carrier-grade redundancy. Each floor has dedicated access points and switching. Other locations follow a consistent architecture with FortiGate 40F firewalls, 1Gbit/s leased lines (often with 5G backup), Fortinet switches, and FortiAP access points. All sites integrate with FlexZone for member management and our optional end-user support service handles tenant technical queries directly.
